UPCOMING EVENTS: ELECTION AND FILM SCREENING, MARCH 24, 2013
The Northeast Connecticut Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut will hold its annual meeting and a film screening on Sunday, March 24, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the West Avenue Community Center, 49 West Ave. in Willimantic. A 30-minute documentary, "The Worst of the Worst," on the subject of solitary confinement in Connecticut's supermax prison will be shown, followed by an open discussion.
