upcoming events: reception with the executive director
The Northeast Chapter invites all friends of civil liberties to an informal discussion with Andrew Schneider, Executive Director of the ACLU of Connecticut, about the ACLU-CT's legal, legislative and public education activities. Find out what the ACLU-CT's stance is on various civil liberties issues, share your ideas about what the ACLU-CT should be doing and learn how you can get involved with defending civil liberties. The event will be held Friday, Jan. 27, 2012 at 7 p.m. at the First Church of Christ, 549 Storrs Road (Route 195 at its intersection with Route 89) in Mansfield Center, CT. The event is free and open to the public. Please bring a friend.
