The ACLU is enlisting its most devoted supporters to help broaden the audience for The ACLU Freedom Files. Made up of a nationwide network of activists — from librarians, educators and students to members of neighborhood associations and other concerned citizens — The Freedom Files Producers Club is bringing these important programs to community centers, schools and living rooms across the country, and spreading the word about the series through e-mail and the Web.
Joining The Freedom Files Producers Club is free and offers a number of special benefits, including:
- Free DVD’s of Freedom Files episodes.
- The AcTiVist Toolkit, which contains detailed advice on how to host a screening and promotional materials like e-mail templates and banner ads.
- Updates on the series and the issues.
- The Inside Story about the making of the TV series from the producers themselves.
- Involvement with ACLU, including calls to action on important issues.
