9/11 Families Show Opposition to Show Trials

The ACLU campaign to close the Guantánamo Bay prison camp and end the military commissions is still going strong. Earlier this month, the ACLU was in Guantánamo for hearings in the John Adams Project cases. Also present were several families of 9/11 victims chosen by the Pentagon to attend, expressing unanimous support for the Bush administration’s military commission system. But more than 30 9/11 family members who oppose the unconstitutional Gitmo show trials worked with the ACLU to voice their opposition. Read more on the ACLU national site.
