Support is being sought for a statewide conference on the rights of immigrant workers being planned for February 2, 2008. The conference is aimed at providing an overview of legal rights across a broad range of employment-related issues; and at promoting leadership development and movement-building among immigrant communities and affiliated organizations in Connecticut. Help sought includes financial support or other help, as well as participation in February.
