Jaclyn Blickley joined the ACLU of Connecticut in 2024 as a staff attorney. Jaclyn is passionate about addressing issues of reproductive justice, health disparities, LGBTQIA+ rights, and housing justice through litigation. Jaclyn received her law degree from Northeastern University and a Masters in Public Health from Yale University. Prior to joining the ACLU, Jaclyn served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert M. Spector, Magistrate Judge for the District of Connecticut, and as an Appellate Court Attorney for the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department.
