Below, you'll find a list of secure drop box locations for Connecticut voters during the November 3, 2020 election. This is NOT an official list, and the information here is subject to change. If you are unsure of your drop box location, it is always best to call your local town clerk's office for the most up-to-date information. Connecticut has a two-step process for voting absentee: 1) a voter must complete and return the APPLICATION to vote absentee 2) the voter must complete and return their official BALLOT. For the November 3, 2020 election, by law, every municipality must have at least one secure drop box for voters to submit their BALLOTS, and these drop boxes are typically located outside of town/city hall. The Secretary of the State's office has indicated that voters may also submit their APPLICATIONS to vote absentee via these secure drop boxes.
