S.B. 393: An Act Concerning Domestic Workers

Farm workers and domestic workers are among the employees excluded from national and state labor laws. This bill would have provided these workers with the same basic labor protections afforded to others under Connecticut laws, including overtime pay, at least one day off per week, paid sick days, and advance written notice of employment termination.
