H.B. 5917, An Act Implementing the Recommendations of the Vision Zero Council

Pedestrian safety is a serious issue, and we all want safe streets. Connecticut needs to invest in real solutions, like traffic calming and pedestrian-supportive infrastructure, instead of putting more money into racist, dangerous police surveillance.
